2  UTTPEC Processing Project was presented by PWD, GNCTD in Working Group- II B meeting dated 10.08.2015 under Pr. Secretary, PWD and in Governing Body meeting under Hon’ble LG Delhi on13.01.16. The recommendations and decision of these meetings are as follows:   Recommendation of 53rd Working Group –IIB dated 10.08.2015: i)     Working Group recommended construction of   Underpass at Ashram Chowk along Mathura  Road with all parameters as per Street Design  Guidelines such as NMV lanes, pedestrian  footpaths, service lane etc. immediately. ii)    Other alternative options mentioned at  observation (ii) above need to be expedited for  implementation. iii)   It was decided that both the options i.e. at  grade, underpass & flyover will be uploaded on  UTTIPEC website for community feedback.    Decision of the 52nd Governing Body dated 13.01.2016:   The Governing Body approved the proposal for  underpass at Ashram intersection along Mathura Road  with all other prescribed parameters as per Street Design  Guidelines such as NMV lanes, pedestrian footpaths,  service lane etc.
