The project was discussed in the 57th UTTIPEC Governing Body (G.B.) meeting was held on 25.09.2018 under the Chairmanship of the Hon’ble L.G. of Delhi. The observations & decisions of Governing Body meeting are as follows:

Observations

  i)        Project manager (F5), PWD mentioned that the proposal required cutting of around 140 trees for which PWD will take permission from Forest Department.

 ii)        North DMC and PWD will jointly workout plan for the acquisition of the corner plot located at the junction of Rani Jhansi Marg and D.B. Gupta Marg to smoothen the left turn.

Decision                                                                                                                       

Based on  the observations, the Governing Body of UTTIPEC approved the proposal

Further, Governing Body directed PWD to conduct traffic study and survey for the preparation of long term solution.
