The project was discussed in the 55^th UTTIPEC Governing Body (G.B.) meeting was held on 211.01.2018 under the Chairmanship of the Hon’ble L.G. of Delhi. The observations & decisions of Governing Body meeting are as follows:

Observations

DMICD and DMRC were directed to jointly workout the parking requirements for the visitors to the proposed ECC and passengers who will use the Propsoed Metro Station at ECC and the same shall be provided within the ECC/Metro Station.

Decision                                                                                                                       

Based on  the  above observations, the  proposal was approved.
